Papua holds a profound place in God’s prophetic timeline. Geographically and spiritually, it represents the easternmost gate of the world. In Acts 1:8, Jesus commands His disciples:
"But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth."
Many believe that the "ends of the earth" refer to Papua, the last frontier of the Gospel before the return of Christ. The Gospel has journeyed westward across the nations and now reaches its final threshold—Papua, the East Gate of the world.
In Ezekiel 44:1-2, the prophet speaks of the Golden Gate in Jerusalem:
"Then the man brought me back to the outer gate of the sanctuary, the one facing east, and it was shut. The Lord said to me, ‘This gate is to remain shut. It must not be opened; no one may enter through it. It is to remain shut because the Lord, the God of Israel, has entered through it.’"
This prophecy is often linked to the second coming of Christ, where the King of Glory will enter through the Golden Gate in Jerusalem. Symbolically, Papua, as the easternmost gate, is seen as the final place of revival before the return of the King.
"Ignite the Fire 2025" is more than a conference—it is a divine calling to awaken, prepare, and ignite revival from the East Gate, ushering in the presence of the King of Glory.
