We invite you to register for Ignite the Fire – Papua 2025!

Accommodation Packages

We have put together conference and hotel accommodation packages for local and international delegates, with pricing that has been adapted to reflect our desire to encourage as many friends as possible to join us.  We sincerely trust that the cost of the event will be affordable to everyone.

The accommodation packages include 5 night’s hotel accommodation (from July 1 to July 6, 2025), airport pickup, and meals during the conference.

The location-based package pricing reflects our appreciation of the high local travel costs in Papua and our wish to make this event affordable for everyone.  Our team will be verifying each registration and in some cases, they may ask for more information from you. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation!

If you wish to arrive earlier or stay later, kindly note that you will need to organise your airport shuttles and extra night’s accommodation independently.

Please also note that for immigration-related reasons, we require all delegates to attend the entire conference program from start to finish.

Travel Guidelines

We have prepared some useful travel information including visas, immigration paperwork guidance and local transport - HERE.  We encourage you to check the page before contacting us, as many questions are answered there.

Do not leave home / travel until we have confirmed receipt of full payment of your registration and hotel booking with you.  Need to be sure that there is a bed for you!

Please let us have your arrival and departure flight / ferry details by 17th June.  Email them to info@ignitethefire2025.world OR WhatsApp them to us on the contact info below.

Payment

We are able to accept payment online by most major debit and credit cards.  The Stripe payment gateway will display ‘International Prayer Connect’ as the recipient.

Alternatively, you may pay by bank wire / transfer using the account info below.  Please make your payment before you complete the registration form, so you are able to upload your payment confirmation to us.  Remember to include your full name as the reference.

In exceptional circumstances, we may be able to accept cash payment on arrival.  Please contact us to arrange this.
